Hilton is expanding its Homewood Suites brand to Surrey, British Columbia, with an upcoming all-suites hotel in the rapidly developing Health and Technology District. Managed by Aquilini Group, the property will occupy the top nine floors of the City Centre 4 building, situated just off 96 Avenue, near Surrey Memorial Hospital.

The 189-suite hotel is designed to cater to extended-stay guests, providing a home-like environment for those visiting for business, education, or leisure, as well as for guests traveling with pets. Spanning 132,000 square feet, the hotel will also feature a 6,000-square-foot rooftop area offering guests stunning views of the surrounding area, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind.

This addition to the Health and Technology District is part of a larger plan to transform the area into a bustling hub of innovation and commerce. The City Centre 4 building is slated for completion this fall and will also house a new campus for Western Community College, along with other local businesses like Stong’s Market and STEMS floral shop, further enhancing the district’s appeal.

The introduction of Homewood Suites in Surrey reflects the city’s rapid growth and its increasing stature as a regional economic center.
