Positioned along National Highway Nine, the hotel will feature one hundred twenty modern rooms and be integrated into a large-scale project offering over seventy-five thousand square feet of dedicated space for meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, and social gatherings. This new addition is expected to cater to the city’s fast-growing demand for business and Meeting and Event Industry travel, fueled by Hapur’s rise as a regional industrial and commercial hub. The development aligns with IHG’s broader strategy to expand its presence across India, with dozens of new properties in the pipeline over the coming years.

IHG Hotels & Resorts has unveiled plans to introduce a new Holiday Inn Express & Suites in the fast-growing city of Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, with a targeted opening in 2027. The upcoming hotel will be situated along National Highway 9, ensuring smooth access to key business corridors like Ghaziabad and Meerut.

Designed for both business and leisure travelers, the hotel will offer 120 well-appointed rooms, an all-day dining venue, a business center, and flexible meeting facilities. Additional features will include a fitness center and dedicated parking. The property will be part of a broader integrated development that spans over 75,000 square feet, aimed at hosting large-scale conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, and social gatherings.

As Hapur evolves into a prominent industrial and commercial hub in western Uttar Pradesh, the hotel is expected to cater to the rising demand for international-standard accommodations and event spaces.
